Scope
HX-GCC  Series Micro Powder Grinding Mill is the equipment specializing in producing fine and superf i ne powder of non-in f lammable, non-explosive and bri t tle  mate r ials with Moh's hardness under six, such as  cal c ite, chalk, limestone, dolomite, kaolin, bentonite, talc, mica, magnesite, i l lite, pyrophyllite and vermiculite, sepiolite, attapulgite, recto r ite, diatomite, barite, gypsum, alunite, graphite, fluorite ,  rockphosphate, Kalium ore. pumice, etc., totally more  than  100  k i nds of mate r ials.
  
Working Principle
H X-GCC  se ri es micro powder g ri nding mill mainly  consist of mai n  unit, classi fi er, powder  collector, dust cleaner, blower, mu ffl er, sound-proof  room, crusher, bucket elevator, storage hopper, and vibra ti ng feede r .
A ft er crush e d by hammer crusher, the  large materials become small ones and are sent to storage hopper by elevator, and then evenly sent to the upper dist ri bu ti on plate of the  tu rn  plate by vibrating f e eder and sloping feeding pipe.
When the grinding mi ll  is at work, the main bea ri ng and each dial are d ri ven by e l ectromotor  of mai n  equipment through r e d u ce r, and all the g ri nding rollers are  rolling  i n the ring  c hannels dr i ving by dial through plunger. The mate ri als are d ri ven to the  edge of the turn plate by the cent ri fugal force and fall down into the grinding chambers where the mate ri als are repeat e dly pressed, crushed and grinded by  the  rolle r s. Then the materials fall into multiple  layers and to be crushed and ground  con ti nuously to micropowder.
The high-pressure air blower  constantly inhales air  within the g ri nding mill and, in turn, the airf1ow with c ru shed mate ri als are brought to the classifier whose high-speed impeller will  screen the airflow:the unquali f i ed  particle size wi1l fall and retu rn  to the mill for being reground while  the qual ifi ed parti c1 le size mixed with air will go into the  cyclone powder  coll ect or. Most of the quali fi ed powders will fall and exit  from the discharging valve at the bo tt om; a small proportion of the  fine  powders, with ai rf low, moves to the dust c l eaner, and clings to the surfa c e of the fi lter bags. At the same time, the  fine  powders clinging to the surface fall down by the sudden vibration of the fi lter bags, which is caused by the instantly ejected high-pressure gas  controlled by the pulse valve. The mate ri a l s  from the above  two  lots are sent by the  conveyor at the bo tt om to get fi nish e d powders packed. I n addi ti on, fi ltered clean air will be emitt ed  from  the air  outlet of muf fl er in  the end.
